Price of properties fall with 28% from last year
The prices of properties in Bulgaria fall with 28% compared to the same period last year. In Sofia the fall is 6% while in Montana and Vidin the fall is respectively 16% and 10%.
The highest average price of property is in Varna – 1770 BGN followed by Sofia – 1640 BGN and Burgas 1379 BGN.
